TWELVE STEP PROGRAMS
I (Rich) am one of many thousands that have greatly benefited from attending and being involved in a Twelve Step program. I don't speak for A.A. or any other Twelve Step program but for me it has been a lifesaver. My experience is that it is a Spiritual (not religious) program and that it is practical. In time I expect to spend more time on this page, but for now I am going to refer you to a site that has links to most of the larger
Twelve Step Programs, as well as many other interesting links. When you get to the site click on, "RESOURCES." This link will hopefully encourage anyone who needs a program to pick up the phone and find a meeting in his/her home town. When you do I can assure you that you will meet folks with problems just like yours. You will find that you have friends there - friends you just haven't met yet!
